Sailor Fabula

Added some colors----- now her ref sheet and Debut x3
My very first and own OC Senshi, that design and idea is in my head for a pretty long time now.

Fabula is latin and means "fairytale" I love fairytales and live for them
I've noticed some time ago ( yes I wasn't the only one for sure XD) that in the Sailor Moon anime, lots of fairytales were "involved/used"

So I thought my idea was not too ridiculous X3
